Kitchen & Restaurant
From 7:30am until bed time at 9:00pm (with only a short break for room service between 11am and 1pm) the Kitchen and Restaurant at The Temple Lodge will be fully staffed and ready to cook up a storm in a variety of different cuisines from vegetarian and ayurvedic to macrobiotic and Indian; Italian is our forte as well as delicious traditional Balinese.
The fish market is only a 15 minute drive from the lodge, so freshly caught fish is almost constantly on the menu. Not to mention our famous prawn risotto!! Almost all of our vegetables are delivered thrice weekly from a certified organic farm in the mountain village of Bedugul North Bali.
Our breakfasts are made with home made ingredients; we prepare our own muesli, yogurt, jams and breads, we like to serve what is in season and as much as possible organically grown.
